Matcha leads with the story, and if you show the numbers, the full table stays folded under “All the numbers”. Your client reads the story first and checks your work only if they want to.
Keep your stories grounded in real data.
When a number moves and your notes don’t say why, matcha asks you at that paragraph instead of guessing. Any figure that traces to no number you gave gets flagged before your client sees it.
Lead with the metrics your client pays for.
Matcha puts the result that matters most at the top, and asks you when it can’t tell which one that is. The biggest moves follow, so the first thing your client reads is what they hired you for.
Frame tough months with confidence.
Matcha states a dip plainly, and asks you for the next step if your notes don’t say. Edit any sentence in place, or highlight one to make it shorter, warmer or plainer.
Most reporting tools charge per client. With matcha, reports are free however many clients you have. Pro keeps every link live and puts your name on them.

Three steps, and the first report is done before you make an account.
1
Add your numbers.
Paste them, drop in a CSV, or add a few screenshots. Check what we read, and add a line on what happened this month if you like.
2
Answer what it asks.
Matcha writes the report on the page. Where a big move has no reason, it asks you, and your answer goes into that paragraph.
3
Send the link.
Tidy any line you want to, then copy the link. Your client reads it on their phone, with nothing to log in to.
Use numbers from any of these.
Questions? Spill.
Does it connect to Google Analytics or Meta?
Not yet. Paste the numbers, drop in a CSV export, or add screenshots from GA4, Ads Manager or a platform's insights page, which takes about a minute.
Does it make things up?
It writes only from the numbers and notes you give it. When a big move has no explanation, it asks you instead of guessing, and you read every line before your client does.
Can't I just paste my numbers into a chatbot?
You can, and plenty of people do. Matcha gives you the same shape every month with no prompt to write, a link your client opens on their phone, and a draft that won't invent a reason for a dip.
I'm a freelancer with a few clients. Is it for me?
Yes. It's free whether you have one client or forty, and we built it with freelance social media managers and paid media people in mind.
What happens to my client's numbers?
We keep the report, which quotes the figures it explains, and drop the numbers, notes and screenshots once it is written. Turn on showing the numbers and we keep them as a table on the link.
Do I have to sign up to try it?
No. You get a written report and a link without an account, and the first time you want a link on a browser, we ask for your email address.
What does my client see?
A web page on a link you send them, with your write-up, your numbers if you choose to show them, and a small matcha mark until you go Pro. There's nothing to download and nothing to log in to.
Why is it free?
Writing a report costs us pennies, so we don't meter it. Free keeps your 20 newest links live. Pro will keep every link for reports you write signed in, with your own branding on them.
