Numbers

Your numbers stay in this browser. Only the written report is saved.

About social media reports

Paste your numbers and get a written report your client can read on their phone. Where the cause of a big move isn't confirmed, it says so. No signup, no card, no limit on clients.

What to include in a social media client report

Most client reports fail the same way. They show every number the platform offers and explain none of them. The client scrolls to the bottom, finds nothing telling them whether the month went well, and files it unread.

A report a client actually reads covers five things. Followers, so they see the audience growing. Reach, so they know how many people saw the work. Engagements, because that is the proof the content landed. Posts published, so the effort is visible. And link clicks, because that is the number closest to their revenue.

Each one needs a comparison. A number on its own means nothing to someone who does not work in marketing. Four thousand followers is neither good nor bad until you say it was three thousand last month.

Then write the sentence that says what it means. That sentence is the reason they pay you, and it is the part every dashboard leaves to you at eleven at night on the last day of the month.

Why written reports beat dashboards for clients

A dashboard is built for someone who already knows what the numbers mean. Your client is not that person. Sending them a live link moves the work of interpretation onto someone who cannot do it, and they will either ignore it or ask you to explain it on a call.

Writing costs you an hour per client per month. That hour is the thing an agency actually sells, and it is the first thing squeezed when five reports are due on the same day.

The charts are a commodity. The writing is the work, and it is the part this tool does for you.

Questions

Is this free?
Yes. Unlimited clients, unlimited reports. You do not need an account to use the tool on this page.
Do I need to connect my social accounts?
No. You paste the numbers you already have, and pasting is faster than any setup.
Can I edit what it writes?
Copy the text and change anything you like. Treat it as a first draft built from your numbers.
What if a number went down?
It says so. A report that only reports good news is the kind clients stop trusting.
What happens to my client's numbers?
When Claude writes the report, it reads them and your notes. A CSV is read in your browser, and screenshots are read once and dropped. We keep the report, which quotes the figures it explains, and drop the numbers themselves. Turn on 'Show the numbers table on the link' in Share to show them as a table on the shared link. A nickname works in place of the client's real name.
