Terms
The rules for using matcha. Using the tool means you agree to them, so they are kept short.

What matcha is
Matcha writes the client facing part of a marketing report from numbers you give it, and gives you a link to send. Writing reports is free, and there are paid plans for agencies that want more. Matcha is run by Blue Tyler Bookhard, called “we” below.
Paid plans
Pro will be $49 a month. It isn’t open yet, and when it opens you will be able to start it yourself once you are signed in. Partner is $499 a month and is set up with us directly. Prices are in US dollars. Stripe takes the payment, and its own terms cover the payment itself. The rest of this section applies to either plan once you are on it.
A plan is paid monthly, in advance, and renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time on the billing page, where you can also change your card and read your invoices. Cancelling stops the next payment, and you keep the plan until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part months, except where the law says we must.
If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while and the plan stays on. If it still cannot be paid, the plan ends and your account goes back to Free. Reports you wrote are not deleted.
If a price changes, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
Your content
What you put in and the report that comes out are yours. You let us use them only to write, store and show your report, as described in where your data goes.
Only enter numbers and notes you are allowed to share with a tool like this. If your client contract limits that, you can use a nickname for the client and leave the notes box empty.
Signing in and connected accounts
Signing in is optional. If you sign in with Google, keep that Google account secure, because whoever controls it can use your matcha account.
Only connect Google Analytics, Search Console or Google Ads accounts you have the right to use this way. If an account belongs to a client, you need their permission for matcha to read its numbers for your reports.
Matcha only reads from the accounts you connect. It never changes them. You can disconnect at any time, in matcha or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. What we keep and how we use it is set out in where your data goes.
Read it before you send it
An AI model writes the report, and any paragraph you ask it to rewrite. It works only from what you give it, including numbers it reads off your screenshots, and it can still get things wrong. Whoever wrote the words, you are responsible for checking every line before a client sees it.
Shared links
Anyone who has a report link can open it. Send it only to people who should see the report. To have a report taken down, email blue.bookhard@gmail.com with the link.
On Free, your 20 newest links stay live. Getting another one archives the oldest: its link stops opening the report, but the report is kept. Moving to Pro brings back the links for reports in your account, including ones you wrote on the same browser before you signed in.
Fair use
There is a limit on how many reports one visitor can write in an hour and in a day. It is set high enough for a busy month end. Do not try to get around it, automate the tool, or use it to write anything unlawful or misleading. We may block access for anyone who does.
No guarantees
Matcha is provided as it is, while it is still being built. It may be unavailable, and features may change or stop. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using it, including decisions made on the strength of a report. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes and the date at the top moves. If you keep using matcha after that, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the law of the State of New York.
